The 5.69 acre estate includes a mansion with 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a tennis court, groomed lake and launch dock, pool, 5 car garage and 21 rooms. Eminem bought the residence in 2000 for $4.5 million and sold it in 2017 for $1.9 million at a loss.
