She is an internationally known motivational and inspirational speaker, trainer, consultant, a certified teen and family life coach. Dr. Bias has delivered powerful keynote addresses, facilitated and developed workshops for faith based, public and private sectors “bringing new solutions to old problems.” Her mission for over thirty years has been to invest hope, courage, and endurance in the lives of her audiences.
